I’m glad that I’ve joined the workshop Assertive Communication because I can now understand more wisely from both leader’s and employees’ point of views. Communication is very important for our organization. Unclear communication can lead to various interpretations.
I like the way the instructor speaks straightforwardly and the sharing experiences from other participants contribute a lot to our learning.
The first thing I appreciate is that the instructor. I am someone who used to lack confidence but this workshop and the instructor let me feel safe to express on the stage. What I like most about the work Assertive Communication is setting clear context and scope of the communication, so we communicate effectively and progress in the same direction. Also the workshop guided me to stop, be fully in the present and practice consciousness.
